Annual Vacation and Statutory Holidays — Neptec gives its team 3 weeks for the first five years of employment. Your five year anniversary earns you 4 weeks vacation, and five weeks after ten years of service! Neptec also supports 12 statutory holidays (11 at our Houston Office).
